Interceding from Within the Kingdom of God

When you pray from within the Kingdom of God – the place God rules from – which is now always within reach – literally — you pray from a place of Love, Power and Holy Spirit Guidance.

The Presence of our Lord is powerful. Within reach, always. The Glory of our Lord emanates from his holy Presence. Some see this as light, other times, mist, other times simply a weight – being weighed down.

This is a great way to pray.

A lot of us have not thought to pray from here; yet once you consider this, it may be obvious that this is a good thing to explore and learn about. And to do.

This is what Jesus did; and his prayers and commands for healing were – successful! Powerful. Full of compassion.

You can be this way, too. And hear and do what Father shows you, through Holy Spirit. Ministering more like Jesus.

**************************************************************

Some additional thoughts, in response to a request for more on this:

The Kingdom of God is the love, power and Presence of God ruling in a situation or place. Where there is righteousness and joy in Holy Spirit. This is always at reach, at hand rather. All you have to do is reach out in your spirit, your heart. God and his Kingdom are within reach. This is the Good News of the Kingdom of God.

The King is in his Kingdom, this is where Jesus is. You can call on his name, or ask for the other Comforter he sent, Holy Spirit. You have already Holy Spirit in you.

You can always ask for more of Holy Spirit with sincerity – and receive by faith. Your experience may not be dramatic, but you do receive more of Holy Spirit when you ask sincerely with faith, confidence and trust in God.

With more of Holy Spirit you can pray for others. You can ask how to pray, and receive guidance for that.

Here’s an article about how to have such guidance for prayer, if you are interested and you can learn to minister more like Jesus — doing as Father says and shows. What a wonderful way to pray and minister!

Like Fireworks Exploding, Watch Blessings Multiply

One of my favorite things in the world to do, that has become a great habit, is to look expectantly for blessings to watch.

It is the nature of blessings to multiply!

Blessings grow in the life of a person being blessed, and multiply. Blessings grow and spread to more people: and multiply!

Watch this happening. Expect this. Pray for this. Give thanks for how blessings multiply like fireworks in the sky on a July 4th day of Independence in the U.S.A. Glorious!

One result: by looking for how blessings multiply, you will see this multiplication more often. You will have more reason to rejoice. More confidence in God. More joy in your life.

Enjoy watching blessings multiply and grow in people and among people, and in nature, beauty, and just having the ability to breathe with joy!

From a Leg Cramp to No Canes

This morning I slept a bit later than usual, then woke with a cramp. It was sharp, and hurt. Fortunately, it was a small muscle leg cramp.

I remembered something Al Mack wrote on Facebook yesterday about the importance of keeping our attention on God. So I called on Holy Spirit and asked for help.

The more I kept attention on Holy Spirit, the less it hurt. This was good. Then more happened….

I felt muscles shift throughout the middle of my body. First, this helped the cramping, reducing it nicely. Then something even better happened, as I kept my attention on Holy Spirit.

I felt muscles continue to shift, the balance of my body changed, also. And I knew I could walk without my rolling walker, and even without canes.

I tested this out. It felt wonderful – much better to stand and walk with such freedom. It felt strange, not having walked like this in more years than I clearly remember at the moment.

Since then I’ve been testing this out. Strange and wonderful it is to walk with my hands free to carry or do things. The joy of very every day things has multiplied. Handling soap, going to the sink, walking with my dogs so I can let them out of the house in the morning — all done with a fair amount of joy.

I hope I keep on noticing and paying attention to such every day joy. I have asked for this, too; and I have confidence that this is mine. I used to be this way and now am experiencing joy in every day things again. Hallelujah!

I am being careful with muscles. I have been getting stronger, but some muscles have not been used much for some years now. So I am being conscious not to over do walking too much while I continue to get stronger.

I was amazed and grateful when I was, a few years ago, able to stand and walk right, hips and legs not being an obstacle to that. I rejoiced and was glad. I knew I was healed, and I walked. And I knew healing would continue to show up.

And I rejoice and am glad now.

And there are muscles to use and strengthen; a body to get used to again. And joy to be had that these things are so.

The power of keeping our attention on Holy Spirit can and does release miracles, just doing that. And a wonderful companionship. Walking with Jesus is the same…there is a certain energy and understanding love that comes through him that always surprises and is amazing. And it is hugely wonderful to walk with him.

Now I can walk with him while I metaphorically walk with him. I have no words for this, so I’ll stop writing, now.

Giving Freedom to Holy Spirit

Jesus often did the unexpected. Told stories and preached things – unexpected. He broke up the social order frequently. He interrupted people with actions and stories and parables that taught unexpected and surprising things.

He disturbed the social order, disturbed Pharisees, threw people out before raising the dead.

All, virtually all of his miracles were unexpected: surprising.

Churches that had a lot of miracles sometimes become complacent. Get comfortable having done a lot. Routine sets in, local church culture solidifies. Miracles stop happening: fewer risks are taken, less faith acted upon. Fewer opportunities given for Holy Spirit to operate and do what is not usual.

Because the usual is the worldly order of things. Customs. Habits. Safety. Corporate culture where there is gradually less and less creativity and surprises.

Holy Spirit needs freedom to operate. Holy Spirit needs us to make room, to allow, to risk with faith; to listen and obey more than do what is customary and safe.

Rules, safety, comfort, complacency – all get in the way of Holy Spirit having freedom to operate.

To have miracles, for faith to operate well – for us to hear God and do what God says – all require us to make room, to give more space to Holy Spirit to operate.

Requires us to give freedom to Holy Spirit to operate.

Then miracles can happen more often.

Let’s create openings. Tell stories, do things: interrupt what has been normal. So the unusual and abnormal – the miraculous – can happen. Listen to Holy Spirit — and do what we are shown, or what we hear.

When God’s Presence is not manifest it is just as real as the special times when feeling confirms what faith believes

Andrew Wommack writes, “But here is the thing that was so special to me: I didn’t physically see or feel anything extraordinary. I didn’t need to. I knew it by faith. By the Spirit, I knew what was happening before I opened my eyes and saw any confirmation of the Lord moving through the meeting and touching people. I was just as satisfied to know these things by the Spirit as if I had been physically overwhelmed and pinned to the floor under the power of the Holy Spirit.

As the meeting continued, there were many people touched by the manifest presence of the Lord. It was one of those times that people want to build three tabernacles and just camp there (Matt. 17:4). Although I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve come to the place where faith when God’s presence is not manifest is just as real as the special times when feeling confirms what faith believes.

I encourage you to follow the link to read his whole article, and also to explore what else is on his website!

Being in His Presence Continually Corrects & Changes Your Heart

Kathy Mote, on Facebook, wrote, “Being in His presence continually corrects and changes your heart. This very much singles you out. This also places those who are called in the position of both great honor and great sacrifice. It is an honor to be humbled, an honor to be obedient, but most of all, an honor to know His heart, especially if that is all you are allowed to know. Knowing this honor makes pale any sacrifice. Being called is being given the honor of having a changed life.”

She wrote more, and wonderful other articles. Worth looking at; if you are on Facebook, I encourage you to follow her.

Ask Jesus – Early & Often

When you have an emotional or physical pain, ask Jesus to fill you with more of Holy Spirit.

Ask Jesus to heal that…very specific pain.

With Jesus, and having Holy Spirit in you and on you – because you asked for this and received by faith – speak to your mountain. Speak to the pain by name. Tell it what to do.

You can be calm, quiet and firm. You just mean what you say – you are being sincere.

Sincerity not only helps, prayer without sincerity, and speaking to things without sincerity — is too often an exercise in multiplying frustration.

Speak to your pain. Breathe. Be ready when you do this!

I find that when I feel my pain without attachment (by already having asked for and receiving by faith – more of Holy Spirit), when I breathe deeply, and ask for Jesus and his help — by the time I ask for Jesus, I am more ready to do this with sincerity. With good connection. That’s:

  • Feel the pain without attachment by having already asked for, and receiving by faith, more of Holy Spirit.
  • Breathe deeply – which in this context may actually help you experience more of Holy Spirit. The breathe of God.
  • Ask for and connect with Jesus. Call on the name of Jesus. Ask Jesus for help, being specific, clear, sincere – and ready to receive.

Do these things and you may find yourself like me, more ready to receive blessings and healing and freedom from pain.

And if you have an inkling to add something or do this in a different way, this could be from Holy Spirit. Always do what Holy Spirit says for best results. Always.

Ask for Jesus. Ask early. Ask often. It’s never too late. Be sincere. Be ready – no need to rush. And when you are ready, you can receive blessings that Jesus has given – more easily and better and more often.

Ask Jesus, ask early and often. Be sincerely ready, and receive with joy — and give thanks! It’ll improve your disposition; doing this is really good for you.

Oh – and do not deny this to others. Help them go through this, too. You can lead them. With Holy Spirit. And be glad you did. And rejoice!

Experience More of the Presence of God

Presence is experienced by humans as being in a particular place – so choose a place near you and be attentive and receptive to Presence of God in that place.

Similar to when King David set the Presence of God at his right hand.

When you are experiencing the presence of someone you love, you breathe differently. When you are more full of Holy Spirit – perhaps because you ask and receive by faith – you breathe differently.

Watch how you breathe when you are appreciating the Presence of God being in your midst, being near you.

The awareness of the Presence of God can be contagious and others more easily sense this – if they are sensitive to the Presence of God. If they are not, they need Presence even more. Make this a gift to others, experiencing the Presence in a particular place when you are with others. The gift from Holy Spirit to you in such instances may be that you experience Presence more easily as you do this! Ask how, and maybe even why…and discover what you can learn about this.

One of the names of Jesus is Immanuel. Which translated means, God is with you. It’s a promise in his name. Literally! A promise.

All you have to do is make a choice to receive this promise and pay attention, being attentive – like you would with a friend or a family member who is near you. You can sense their energy, their presence, what they are like.

Once you notice or remember that they are near you, you can easily be attentive to them even while you are doing ordinary things.

Similarly, when you remember Immanuel, that God is with you, you can choose to be attentive to the Presence of God who is near you and with you. Paying attention in a particular place often helps make it more real for you.

Because God is everywhere, you can choose anywhere. It’s hard to sense everywhere with clarity and strength, though you can learn to be aware of I Am. You can become aware of what I like to call, for myself, “Awareness of Consciousness of Being”.

Once you do this, you can also choose or recognize where is right and good and best at this moment, to sense and be aware of the Presence of God who is near you.

You can intend to allow Presence of God to affect the space around you, to affect you, to affect those around you…and as you practice and get better at this simple thing — the affect of the Presence of God in you, on you, around you and in the atmosphere of where you are – and especially the people around you — will be affected.

When we are attentive to and noticing Immanuel, God with us, we experience more wholeness more easily. We feel stronger. More capable. Safer. And more joyous.

I encourage you to experiment. To give thanks and enjoy! (Here is a valuable hint – a key – the more gratitude you feel [perhaps by remembering and savoring three things or more that you are grateful for] — the more easily you will experience the Presence of God.)

Experiment and explore for yourself. See what you can discover and learn. Miracles, joy, safety and happiness happen more easily and more often when you experience the Presence of God. Experimenting is very worth while!

Hear God Better & Minister More Powerfully

It’s no secret that Jesus did as he heard our Father say to do, and what he was shown. When we are wise, we will want to do the same.

It’s also no secret that Jesus had Holy Spirit on him since his baptism in water, and Holy Spirit remained on him.

He heard his Father with Holy Spirit on him. He ministered with Holy Spirit on him. That’s the Anointing, the experience of Holy Spirit for a purpose.

You can hear God better and you can minister more powerfully by doing the same.

How can we do the same, as we think we are not Jesus in the flesh?

Well, we are part of the Body of Christ. Jesus lives in us. We can minister and express Jesus in ministry, and we can set ourselves apart to hear our Father — just as Jesus did.

What is too often missing that makes this hard or mysterious to us?

It’s simple when we know. When we remember. What’s the key?

Holy Spirit is key.

So ask for more of Holy Spirit in you, ask for more of Holy Spirit on you. By faith. Ask by faith, receive by faith. Simple. And ask with deeply honest sincerity.

Ask for more of Holy Spirit in you and hearing from God is so much easier.

Ask for more of Holy Spirit on you, and ministering with your gifts and with greater ease and effectiveness is much easier.

Ask for more of Holy Spirit. Receive by faith. It’s simple.

And when you are having trouble hearing God well, and when you are having difficulty ministering well — you will do these things better and more easily with more of Holy Spirit.

Ask and receive, with compassion (agape love) and with faith.

Hear God better and more easily, minister more powerfully and effectively with more of Holy Spirit that you ask for and receive by faith.

Healing & Deliverance is Easier when Experiencing the Kingdom of God

When you or I reach out to the Kingdom of God, which is literally within reach – at hand — it’s much easier to heal and to be free.

When healing or deliverance is needed, rather than try to achieve these by ourselves – reach out and pull the Kingdom into those areas that need healing or freedom. Or simply enter that which is so close and at hand.

Sooo much easier! This is why we were given the Good News of the Kingdom, so we can do this for ourselves and encourage others to do this.

An easy and more effective way to minister healing and delivering.

A great way to live! Make a deep decision to do so, and trust God.

Trust God. What a simple and radical idea. So simple, and easy, too, when we are doing it.

Life is harder and much more difficult when we are not trusting God.

Decide which way you want to live!
